The beautiful Hipp Cafe is located directly behind the ticket office at the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center, Hippodrome Theatre. The Cafe seats up to 60 patrons and has a full service bar. The Hipp Cafe is open two hours before Broadway performances and most other shows. Chef Paul Lever, with over 22 years of culinary experience creates delicious menu items such as homemade soups, fresh salads and fresh baked desserts. The Hipp Cafe is very proud of our high ratings from the Baltimore Sun.
